I have been using the Grata app for the past few months now and it has made my life so much easier. My mom was looking after my apartment suite while I was out on vacation and she needed to get in through the front door. I was able to remotely unlock the front door of my building to let her in with just a tap of my screen. With the Grata app, I have peace of mind that I can still look after my apartment while being away.

At my old apartments, it was always such a hassle to create/book service requests because of the outdated systems and delayed response times. But with the Grata app I was able to make service requests or book amenities in seconds while ensuring that my concerns were being addressed directly to my building manager. The UI is very easy to use and understand that even those who are not super tech savvy can use it seamlessly

Initially I wasn’t sure about using a keyless entry system, however, the Grata staff have been very helpful in providing a seamless transition onto their app. Now I have to admit I enjoy not having to worry about carrying keys with me everywhere

The 50% revenue sharing model with Grata on their deals section is an important revenue generator for us.

I use Grata to manage service requests and send building announcements to my residents. I find that it helps me work more efficiently and keeps things organized.

After the Grata smart locks have been installed into the building, managing my daily tasks is so much easier and stress free. I can now see all resident concerns organized into one dashboard making everything so much more clear and efficient.
