Technician Application
- Resolved issues related to user accessibility:
- Guest PIN cannot be added on slot 2 and 3 if the “Lock is already paired” flow is being used
- App will crash if a user goes to the previous unit after re-pairing a lock to the second unit
- App can’t connect to the lock two times in a row
- PIN won’t work on the lock if “Change my PIN” request is processed twice
- Battery status isn’t showing the right percentage
- During unpairing – repairing process there are a few unnecessary screens
- If user tries to delete the PIN twice loader will spin forever
- “Unit information” screen for a sec shows wrong info
- After pairing the lock unit info isn’t displaying the right information
- “New PIN” and “Confirm new PIN” screens miss the system requirements
- Guest PIN can’t be added on slot 2
- Guest PIN cannot be added on slot 2 and 3 if the “Lock is already paired” flow is being used
- Device can’t be found, “Please palm over keypad to activate device” is effective only if you place the palm as soon as scanning starts. If user touches the keypad after the initial scan is over device cannot be found
- Location and Bluetooth combinations are causing some issues
- Master PIN is missing on the unit info screens
- Error between unpairing and repairing lock process
- Not the right info is displayed if the user is using the search
